Anara policy finding

“ Upon expiration or termination of these Terms, (a) your use of and access to the Platform shall cease; and (b) all fees and other amounts owed to Anara shall be immediately due and payable. Anara shall have no obligation to maintain or provide any User Data and may thereafter, unless legally prohibited or otherwise agreed in writing by the parties hereto, delete all User Data in its systems or otherwise in its possession or under its control.”
