If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms. 2.2 Compliance. You may use the Services only in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, institutional policies, and these Terms. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services—including any designs, experiments, or workflows you conduct—complies with all relevant biosafety, bioethics, export control, and other regulatory requirements. 2.3 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account, including actions taken by automated tools, scripts, or Third-Party AI Agents operating with your credentials. 2.4 Restrictions. You may not use the Services for any purpose prohibited by law, including but not limited to: biological weapons development; activities that violate biosafety, bioethics, or dual-use research regulations; or any other unlawful purpose.”
