“ 6.1 Cost-Recovery Model. AminoAnalytica charges Users for the compute resources consumed in the course of using the Services. These charges reflect the actual cost of compute infrastructure and are passed through to Users without markup. AminoAnalytica does not profit from compute charges. 6.2 User Responsibility for Charges. You are responsible for all compute charges incurred under your account, including charges resulting from actions taken by automated scripts, the Amina CLI, or Third-Party AI Agents. AminoAnalytica is not responsible for excessive, unintended, or erroneous compute consumption caused by AI agent behavior or misconfigured workflows. 6.3 Payment and Billing. All charges are billed in accordance with your selected plan. Subscriptions are billed for the full term selected (e.g., annual plans) and are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Compute charges are non-refundable once the compute resources have been consumed.”
