“ 3.1 Free Trials. We may offer a free trial (e.g., 7 days). At the end of the trial, unless canceled, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription. 3.2 Subscription Billing. Subscriptions are offered on a monthly or annual auto-renewing basis. By subscribing, you authorize us (through our payment processors, such as Stripe ) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until canceled. 3.3 Refund Policy. Except as required by law, all charges are non-refundable. However, Aleph Lab may, at its sole discretion , grant refunds or credits on a case-by-case basis (e.g., in cases of accidental double billing or technical defects). 3.4 Regional Rights. EU Consumers: Under EU law, you may have a 14-day withdrawal right. By accessing the services immediately, you expressly agree to waive this right. South Korea: Refunds may be granted in accordance with the Electronic Commerce Act if the services are defective or unavailable.”
