“ 1.1 Parent/Guardian Responsibility. Our services are designed for children in grades 1 through 9. Accounts must be created by a parent or legal guardian for children under the age of majority in their jurisdiction. 1.2 Parental Consent. For children under 13 in the United States (and other applicable jurisdictions), verifiable parental consent is required in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) . 1.3 Child Accounts. Children may use the services only under parental supervision. At Aleph Lab’s discretion, older children (e.g., 13+) may be permitted to manage their own accounts, subject to parental authorization.”
