“ 10.1 Arbitration Agreement. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration in Delaware, administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA), under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. 10.2 Waiver of Class Actions. You may only resolve disputes with Aleph Lab individually, not as part of a class or representative action. 10.3 Opt-Out. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of creating your account by emailing hannim@alephlab.ai . 10.4 Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.”
