“ Access and usage of our API are subject to compliance with these Terms, including any usage limits, and restrictions specified by us. Our API must not be used for unlawful, abusive, harmful, or unauthorized purposes. Violations may result in account suspension or termination. API usage may incur fees based on the chosen plan. Users are required to take all necessary measures to safeguard and protect their API keys from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. AIMLAPI shall not be liable for any consequences resulting from the unauthorized use of API keys.”
