In the event of any non-payment of a Subscription Plan, you agree to pay the costs and expenses of collection of any outstanding payments including but not limited to legal costs incurred by us. We may charge interest, at our sole discretion, on any outstanding payments due to us at a reasonable rate or at a rate permitted by applicable law.”
