“ Cloud Service Fees: All fees are as set forth in the applicable Order Form for each Customer. The Service's fees are exclusive of all taxes and other governmental assessments. Customer is responsible for all of the foregoing - other than taxes based on the income of the Provider. Payment Process: Bill by invoice: Provider will invoice Customer monthly. Customer will pay each invoice within 30 day(s) from the last day of the Subscription Period. Non-Renewal Notice Period: At least 30 days before the end of the current Subscription Period.”
