“ 8.2 Service Subscription Fees. You will be responsible for payment of the applicable fee for any Services (each, a “ Service Subscription Fee ”) at the time you create your Account and select your annual package (each, a “ Service Commencement Date ”). No contract will exist between you and Company for the Services until Company accepts your order by a confirmatory email, SMS/MMS message, or other appropriate means of communication.”
