“ We will not share your data with any third parties other than as described here, to fulfil our obligations to you, operate and develop our company, and to protect our interests. We will only share any data that is particularly relevant to our process in order to provide the services that we offer. We may share your information with regulators or legal bodies that request it.  We may also share your data with organisations internationally for example AWS, OpenAI, and Microsoft Azure (please refer to Accend Subprocessors ). Where this is the case, we will ensure your data is kept secure and appropriate controls, agreements, risk assessments have been completed.”
