Abridge policy finding

“ Subject to the restrictions set forth in these Terms, Abridge grants You a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the Platform in connection with the Abridge Services and to access other information related to conversations and visits shared with you from patients (“Patient Data”) on the Platform. You may use the Platform, subject to these Terms, solely for Your internal business purposes limited to training, patient care services, and evaluating the Platform for potential use in patient care services. You and not Abridge shall be solely responsible to obtain Your patient’s consent to allow Abridge to collect, store, and process Patient Data in any form for Abridge to provide the Abridge Services to You. You shall comply and require that Your employees comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, including HIPAA, with regard to patients’ rights to Patient Data stored by Abridge under these Terms.”
