21st policy finding

“ Paid plans include a monthly 21st AI credit allowance. Unused monthly allowance expires at the applicable reset and does not roll over. Separately purchased credit-pack balances roll over until used and are consumed after the monthly allowance. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.”
