Their words · Terms of Service

(i) As between the parties, Workato owns and retains all right, title, and interest in and to all Platform Assets and all derivatives thereto on the Workato Platform, excluding any Platform Assets created by Account Holder. During the Subscription Term, Workato permits Account Holder, on a royalty-free basis, to (A) design, configure, create, use, and share the Platform Assets with other Users; and (B) duplicate and modify Community Platform Assets in its Account.
