“3. Customer Data "Customer Data" means content, messages, files, prompts, instructions, configuration, metadata, memory entries, artifacts, and other information submitted to, generated through, or made available to Wato by you or your organization. You retain ownership of your Customer Data. You grant Wato a limited license to host, process, transmit, display, and use Customer Data solely as necessary to provide, secure, support, improve, and maintain the Service, comply with law, and enforce these Terms. Wato does not sell Customer Data. 4. Third-Party Services Wato may access third-party services that customers explicitly connect or authorize. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Wato is not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their handling of data. 5. Acceptable Use You may not use Wato to violate applicable laws or regulations; infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights; upload or transmit malware, harmful code, or abusive content; attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, data, accounts, or networks; interfere with or disrupt the Service; use the Service to create, send, or facilitate spam, phishing, fraud, or deceptive activity; bypass security, access controls, rate limits, or usage restrictions; or use Wato outputs as a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, security, or other expert advice without appropriate review. ”
