“ Wato Terms of Service Effective Date: June 7, 2026 These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Wato, Mesh, Wato-hosted artifacts, memory, agent, automation, and related services provided by Wato Labs, Inc. ("Wato," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using Wato, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Wato on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms. 1. The Service Wato provides software that helps teams use AI agents, workspace memory, hosted artifacts, automations, and integrations with third-party tools. The Service may include team-scoped memory, knowledge bases, reviewed wiki content, agent workspaces, automation tools, hosted artifacts, generated outputs, third-party integrations, authentication, permissions, and administrative controls. We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service from time to time. 2. Accounts and Authorization You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate account and organization information and promptly update it when necessary. If you connect Wato to third-party services, you authorize Wato to access and process information from those services as necessary to provide the requested functionality. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to connect those services to Wato. ”
