“ 7.1 As between the Parties, Customer Data shall be and remain the exclusive property of Customer. Vesence may use the Customer Data (subject to the privacy settings as described in Appendix 2) solely for the purpose of providing its Services. Vesence will not use any Customer Data to train AI models, nor will it permit its subcontractors to do so, unless explicitly agreed in writing.”
