“ 5.2 Vesence is entitled to change the Subscription Fees in case of any change in Vesence's costs for third party products such as Microsoft Azure used to deliver the Services. Such cost changes shall be documented by Vesence. Vesence's change of the Subscription Fees shall be proportionate to the change in Vesence's costs for third party products.”
