“4.1 Except for any retained rights of Veritus Agent as set forth in Section 1.3, as between Customer and Veritus Agent, Customer will own all right, title and interest in and to the Customer Content and Customer Output. Customer hereby grants to Veritus Agent a royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable license to use the Customer Content: (a) to provide the Services; (b) to exercise its rights hereunder; and”
