“ VectorShift is fully committed to protecting your data and does not use it to train Artificial Intelligence models. VectorShift does not share customer data with third-party AI model providers with the purpose of improving their products and/or models. To further protect your information, we have established Data Processing Addendums (DPAs) with our third-party model providers (e.g., OpenAI), ensuring they do not use any customer data to improve their products and/or models. If users desire to opt-out from any data being sent from their VectorShift account to any third party VectorShift integration (e.g. OpenAI, etc.), they can do so by emailing albert@vectorshift.ai . In some cases, data uploaded by users to VectorShift might be sent to third-party model providers for the purpose of inference, if the user executes a workflow. However, even in this case, this data is not used to improve third-party AI models and/ or product of the third-party.”
