“ User Content Submissions : By submitting content to Trata, and agreeing to these Terms, you grant Trata a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display your submissions in all media, now or later developed. This includes the right to publish and use your content on Trata’s platforms and affiliated sites. Trata may use, modify, and reuse your content at its discretion, including for promotional, advertising or other commercial purposes, now or in the future, alone or with other works. You represent and warrant to Trata, Inc. that all content you submit is your original work and does not infringe on any third-party rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or patents. You confirm that you have obtained all necessary permissions for any third-party content included in your submission. You also agree to indemnify Trata, Inc. from any claims or damages arising from a breach of these representations.”
