“ We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Examples: Account data: retained while your account is active; deleted or de-identified after inactivity or upon request, subject to legal retention requirements. Payment records: retained as required for tax/audit. Voice recordings/transcripts: retained for the periods needed to provide and improve voice features and for safety/security, then deleted or de-identified. You can request deletion at founders@tegore.ai (we may retain limited records as required by law).”
