How long does Sudowrite keep your data?

Establishes the retention period for Personal Information (as long as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements, unless law requires longer), permits use of non-personally-identifying aggregated data after deletion, and requires deletion of Personal Information once the retention period expires; also notes that data-subject rights (access, erasure, rectification, portability) cannot be exercised after deletion.

Once the retention period expires, Personal Information shall be deleted.
