“ For content that you publicly broadcast through or make publicly available in connection with the Service after these Terms become effective for you ("Promotional Content"), you grant Streamable, PEAR CREATIONS, INC., and their affiliates and successors a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid-up, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, record, excerpt, edit, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, publish, publicly display, publicly perform, distribute, transmit, and otherwise use Promotional Content, in whole or in part, solely to advertise, market, promote, publicize, and demonstrate Streamable and the Service. This permission applies in any media or channel now known or later developed, including websites, organic and paid social media, digital and traditional advertisements, promotional videos, case studies, presentations, trade shows, and press materials. Where applicable law requires consent separate from these Terms, this license becomes effective only after you provide that separate affirmative consent. In connection with those uses, you give Streamable and PEAR CREATIONS, INC. prior and express consent to use your name, username, channel name, social media handle, voice, photograph, image, likeness, appearance, logo, and biographical information that appear in or are associated with the Promotional Content (collectively, your "Identity") for purposes of advertising, marketing, promoting, publicizing, and selling Streamable and the Service. ”
