“ Scenario retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Platform, including but not limited to: the software, infrastructure, user interface, design, algorithms, Scenario’s proprietary AI models (distinct from your Custom Models), documentation, trademarks, trade secrets, and all other intellectual property embodied in or related to the Platform. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of the Platform or Scenario’s intellectual property to you. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely in accordance with these Terms and your applicable plan.”
