“ The Services use artificial intelligence and large language models to generate drafts, summaries, and other outputs (“AI Output”). We do not use Your Content to train or fine-tune any AI or machine-learning models. Scape hosts and processes all of Your Content within the EU, including LLM processing and meeting transcription, which our Sub-processors perform within the EU under strict contractual retention limits, as described in our Privacy Policy and DPA. AI Output is probabilistic. It may contain errors, inaccuracies, or other issues, and may not reflect real people, places, or facts. You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and using any AI Output, and agree not to rely on it for high-risk or sensitive contexts (including medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical use) without appropriate safeguards. AI Output may be similar or identical to content generated for other users who submit similar prompts.”
