“ You and the Site agree that we may access, store, process, and use any information and personal data that you provide following the terms of the Privacy Statement and your choices (including settings). You retain all right, title, and interest in and to your Contributions and Customer Data. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, transmit, display, process, and create derivative works of Contributions and Customer Data solely to the extent necessary to (a) provide, secure, and improve the Site for you and your organization; (b) prevent or address technical or security issues; and (c) comply with applicable law or a valid legal request. We do not use Customer Data to train, fine-tune, or otherwise improve general-purpose machine learning models, except (i) where you have provided express opt-in consent or (ii) where the data has been aggregated or de-identified such that it can no longer reasonably be associated with you, your organization, or any individual. By submitting suggestions or other feedback regarding the Site, you agree that we can use and share such feedback for any purpose without compensation to you. We are not liable for any statements or representations in your Contributions provided by you in any area on the Site. You are solely responsible for your Contributions to the Site and you expressly agree to release us from any and all responsibility and to refrain from any legal action against us regarding your Contributions.”
