“ You further agree not to, whether directly or indirectly including via third parties and except where explicitly permitted otherwise, access an SAP Website by and/or use any automated data gathering or extraction methods or similar or related technologies designed to scrape or extract data from SAP Websites (such as bots, scrapers, spiders, crawlers, Model Context Protocol (MCP), agent-frameworks, or any other text and data mining technology), including, but not limited, for text and data mining purposes or artificial intelligence training, improvement or evaluation, and/or commercial data aggregation and/or competitive analysis. The aforementioned permission for search engines to crawl the publicly accessible areas of SAP Websites exclusively for standard web indexing purposes remains unaffected. ”
