“ Access to the Saffron platform is provided under a subscription or per-assessment pricing model as agreed upon during onboarding. Payment terms, including pricing, billing frequency, and payment methods, are specified in your service agreement. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in your service agreement.”
