When using the Quillbot Service, you must not do, attempt to do, encourage, or assist others in doing any of the following: Rent, lease, sell, distribute, offer in a service bureau, sublicense, or otherwise make available the Quillbot Service to any third party, except as permitted under these Terms; Access or use the Quillbot Service for purposes of performance benchmarking; Access or use the Quillbot Service for purposes of building or marketing a competitive product or service; Use or retain any content on the Quillbot Service for the purpose of creating, training, or improving (directly or indirectly) a translation service, product, or platform, or an artificial intelligence detector, or any comparable technologies, including any other machine learning algorithms, machine translation, or paraphrasing system; Display or make available, publicly, more than 300,000 characters of Output (defined below) from the Quillbot Service or Input (defined below) to and Output from the Quillbot Service in proximate comparative fashion (e.g., side-by-side); Use the Quillbot Service to collect, store, or distribute any information about any other person; Use the QuilBot Service in violation of the policies and rules of your employer or educational institution; Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code, object code, or underlying models, structure, ideas, or algorithms of the Quillbot Service, except when these restrictions are prohibited by applicable law; Modify, adapt, translate, or create any derivative works of the Quillbot Service or merge the Quillbot Service into any other software Except when accessing the Quillbot Service through a Quillbot approved API or when we explicitly permit it, use any technique or method to
