You agree not to: Upload Inputs or generate Outputs that infringe or violate any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights of any third party Use prompts designed to replicate the style of specific artists, copyrighted characters, branded logos, or other protected works Generate images that are substantially similar to copyrighted works or trademarked materials Create Assets that include identifiable copyrighted elements without proper authorization”
