“ Service Provider is in the business of, among other things, providing services to help carbon removal companies certify their carbon credits, which is provided in the form of its platform and Software As A Service (SaaS). Client desires Service Provider to deliver its platform and SaaS solution(s) for use in Client’s business subject to the terms of this Agreement and to compensate Service Provider as set forth in this Agreement.”
