(b) LN represents and warrants that Subscriber inputs (including Prompts as defined in Section 4.10) and Subscriber Files (as defined in Section 4.9) submitted by Subscriber into the AI Services (i) will not be used by LN to train any large language model(s) and (ii) shall be treated with at least the same standard of care as required of confidential information under Section 12.1 of this Agreement. The foregoing representations and warranties apply regardless of whether a particular AI Service retrieves or surfaces web-sourced content in delivering its functionality
