“(e) submit Materials into a Compliant AI Tool solely for incidental use in the ordinary course of your business (such as summarization, drafting assistance, or research synthesis), provided that: (i) no Restricted Data or Regulated Data is submitted; (ii) the submission does not constitute systematic or bulk extraction of Materials; and (iii) you take reasonable steps to confirm that the Compliant AI Tool's ZDR and no-training obligations remain in effect at the time of each use.”
