You represent and warrant that: you own or have the necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and consents to submit your User Content; your User Content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, trade secret, privacy right, publicity right, contractual right, or other third-party right; your User Content does not violate any applicable law or regulation. You must not upload or submit content that you do not have the right to use.”
