****4.4** License to Your Content.**Subject to any applicable Account settings that you select, you grant Gamma a fully paid, royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive and fully sublicensable right and license to use Your Content (in whole or in part) for the purposes of operating and providing Services to you, including, without limitation, as necessary to provide product support, debug issues, and improve your product experience. You further grant any Registered User with whom you choose to Collaborate a fully paid, royalty-free, revocable, worldwide, non-exclusive right and license to use, modify, adapt, publicly perform, and publicly display Your Content in accordance with your Account settings and the functionality of the Services. Please remember that any of Your Content that you submit to any "public" area of the Services may be visible to other Registered Users or other visitors to the Site. You warrant that the holder of any worldwide intellectual property right, including moral rights, in Your Content, has completely and effectively waived all such rights and validly and irrevocably granted to you the right to grant the license stated above. You agree that you, not Gamma, are responsible for all of Your Content that you Make Available on or in Services. Any Content posted by you may not contain content that violates Gamma's Acceptable Use Policy, as determined by Gamma in its sole discretion.
