“ You can opt your account out of benchmark contribution at any time by emailing support@frase.io , or, for enterprise customers, through your Data Processing Addendum. Opt-outs take effect within 24 hours for future aggregations. Previously published aggregate reports cannot be retracted because they cannot be traced back to any specific customer. Opting out does not affect your access to Frase or to published benchmarks.”
