How long does Dench.com keep your data?

Defines the data retention framework: specifies that data is kept as long as needed to provide services, maintain security, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations; provides specific operational retention periods for managed cloud workspaces including a roughly 7-day stopped-state retention after cancellation; and identifies categories of records with their respective retention rationales.

Their words · Privacy Policy

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain security and billing records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Account, organization, authentication, and billing records are retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward. Analytics and operational logs are retained for debugging, abuse prevention, financial reconciliation, and product improvement. For managed cloud workspaces, our current operational lifecycle may include stopping a canceled workspace, retaining the stopped environment for roughly 7 days, and retaining final recovery snapshots for up to roughly 90 days before final deletion. We may adjust these windows as the Services evolve or where law, security, or disaster recovery requires it. You are responsible for exporting any data you want to keep before cancellation or termination.
