“ Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in any applicable agreement between you and Bolto, Bolto may collect and use data of your interaction with, or use of the AI Functions, including Input and/or Output in order to: (i) provide you with the AI Functions; (ii) maintain, improve, modify, and develop the AI Functions; (iii) comply with applicable laws and regulations; and (iv) enforce the respective policies applicable thereto.  ‍ If you do not wish for your Input or Output to be used for purposes of improving or developing the AI Functions, you may opt out by contacting us at support@bolto.com. Note that if you use any of the AI Features and later opt out, your opt out will only apply as to Input that is submitted, and Output that is generated, after your opt out. ‍ We make no representations or warranties with respect to the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any Output. Output may not be unique, consistent or accurate and the AI Functions may generate the same or similar output to Bolto or a third party (“ Other Results ”), and you acknowledge that you have no right, title, or interest in or to any Other Results. You should not rely on any Output including, without limitation, Output that purports to provide legal, medical, financial or compliance advice, without independently confirming their accuracy. Output does not constitute professional advice of any kind. ‍ You may not use the AI Functions or Output (i) to develop foundation models or other large scale models that compete with Bolto or the AI Functions; (ii) to mislead any person that Output from the Services was solely human generated; or (iii) in a manner that violates the Agreement or any applicable usage policies of AI Providers, including but not limited to OpenAI’s terms and policies , or”
