“ ‍ Term; Renewal. The initial term of this Agreement (the “Initial Term”) is the term specified in the applicable order form, subscription plan, or other customer agreement entered into between you and Bolto (each, an “Order Form”). If no term is specified in an Order Form, the Initial Term will be twelve (12) months beginning on the date you first accept this Agreement or the start date stated in the applicable Order Form. After the Initial Term, this Agreement will automatically renew for successive renewal terms of twelve (12) months each (each, a “Renewal Term,” and together with the Initial Term, the “Subscription Term”), unless either party gives the other written notice of non-renewal at least thirty (30) days before the end of the then-current Initial Term or Renewal Term. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing between you and Bolto, except as otherwise set forth in an applicable Order Form, neither party may terminate this Agreement for convenience during the Subscription Term, and you may not cancel the Services or reduce your committed usage during the Subscription Term. Either party may terminate this Agreement for cause if the other party commits a material breach of this Agreement and fails to cure that breach within thirty (30) days after receiving written notice describing the breach in reasonable detail.  You may cancel or deactivate your Account by using the features on the Services to do so (if applicable and available) or by written notice to support@bolto.com; provided that cancellation or deactivation of your Account will not terminate this Agreement, end the Subscription Term, or relieve you of your obligation to pay all fees due for the entire Subscription Term. ”
