“ “Customer Data” means the telemetry, traces, prompts, completions, code, and other content you submit to the Services. You retain all rights to Customer Data. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Data solely to provide, secure, and improve the Services for you — including processing by the model and infrastructure providers listed in our Privacy Policy. We do not use Customer Data to train our own or third-party foundation models, and our agreements with model providers exclude your data from their training, unless you explicitly opt in.
