“Amina CLI” means the AminoAnalytica command-line interface tool that allows Users to interact with the platform programmatically, including in conjunction with third-party AI agents, coding assistants, or large language model-based tools. “Generated Data” means results, protein designs, analyses, predictions, or other outputs produced by the platform in response to your inputs or requests. “Platform Content” means all software, algorithms, models, documentation, user interfaces, and other materials provided by AminoAnalytica. “Third-Party AI Agents” means any third-party artificial intelligence tools, large language models, coding assistants, or autonomous software agents—including but not limited to Anthropic’s Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, GitHub Copilot, and similar tools—that may interact with the Services through the Amina CLI or any other integration. “User Data” means any data, files, sequences, protein structures, CSV files, configurations, scripts, or other content that you upload, submit, or make accessible to the platform.
