Their words · Terms of Service
“ "Customer Content" means files, drawings, PDFs, project data, and any markups/notes/annotations that you or your users upload, submit, or create in the Service. Ownership: Customer retains all right, title, and interest in Customer Content. License to operate the Service: Customer grants Alkali a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, and display Customer Content solely to provide, secure, and maintain the Service and to perform support and troubleshooting. Product improvement (designed to be non-scary): Customer also grants Alkali permission to use Customer Content-derived signals (including annotations and metadata) to improve the Service, but only in aggregated and/or de-identified form. We do not publish or sell your Customer Content, and we do not use your confidential drawings as marketing examples without your explicit permission. Opt-out: If you want to opt out of product-improvement use, contact us at founders@alkali-eng.com . Opt-out does not affect our ability to process Customer Content to provide the Service.”
