Users are explicitly prohibited from representing Output as human-generated or using Output to train their own machine learning models. The Service may generate identical or similar Output for multiple users.
TRAINING
Users are explicitly prohibited from using any Service content — including captions, keywords, or metadata — for machine learning or AI training purposes. However, the broad User Content license granted to The Forecasting Company expressly includes use for 'improving our products and the Service' and 'developing new products or features,' which encompasses potential model training on submitted User Content. An opt-out mechanism is available: if a user opts out, The Forecasting Company will not use that user's User Content after opt-out to train its machine-learning models or improve the Service. Pre-opt-out use is not addressed.
COMMERCIAL
