Customers are prohibited from reselling, sublicensing, leasing, renting, or otherwise transferring Service access to any third party, except to Authorized Users acting on the Customer's behalf. The Service is classified as 'commercial computer software' under FAR 12. Data portability rights exist upon express customer request, subject to SID's right to safeguard its commercial and industrial secrets. Disputes are subject to binding individual arbitration under AAA Commercial or Consumer Arbitration Rules.
