Usage Data (API request records, authentication events, query/response metadata, latency, token-count metrics, etc.) may be collected, retained, and used for lawful business purposes — including operating, securing, monitoring, and improving the Service — but explicitly subject to the same non-training commitment. Conversely, Customers are themselves prohibited from using Inputs, Outputs, or any Service-derived information to train, fine-tune, distill, develop, or improve any AI/ML model or competing product ('Anti-Distillation' clause).
COMMERCIAL
Customers are prohibited from reselling, sublicensing, leasing, renting, or otherwise transferring Service access to any third party, except to Authorized Users acting on the Customer's behalf. The Service is classified as 'commercial computer software' under FAR 12. Data portability rights exist upon express customer request, subject to SID's right to safeguard its commercial and industrial secrets. Disputes are subject to binding individual arbitration under AAA Commercial or Consumer Arbitration Rules. Enterprise customers operate under separate Cloud Service Agreements or Order Forms that control in the event of any conflict with the standard Terms.
