Customers are prohibited from reselling, sublicensing, leasing, renting, or otherwise transferring Service access to any third party, except to Authorized Users acting on the Customer's behalf. Disputes are subject to binding individual arbitration under AAA Commercial or Consumer Arbitration Rules.
