Any ML processing of User Data is limited to temporary, transient processing solely to generate Output Content. Awen is also obligated to contract with third-party model providers on terms that prohibit use of User Data to train or improve generally available models, to apply transient-processing or equivalent restrictions where available, and to not knowingly route User Data to provider configurations that use customer content for model training.
COMMERCIAL
The User is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable right to access and use the Services for internal professional business purposes only, subject to payment of applicable fees and compliance with the Terms. The User is solely responsible for the commercial exploitation of Output Content, including all necessary clearance and legal analysis prior to such exploitation. The User may not license, sell, transfer, assign, distribute, outsource, or otherwise make the Services available to third parties except as expressly authorised by Awen. Commercial capacity conditions for enterprise tiers are defined in applicable Subscription Agreements or Order Forms.
