The Terms acknowledge that certain Services utilize machine learning and artificial intelligence to process User Data and generate documents and results. Users grant Anara a perpetual, irrevocable license to use User Data to create Aggregated Statistics. No explicit prohibition on using User Data for model training is stated. Enterprise or business customers processing Personal Data under applicable state privacy laws may enter into a separate data processing addendum with Anara.
